DINNER-FELLOWSHIP-COMMUNION-WORSHIP

Pastor Joe will be speaking and we will have a time of worship.

This year we will have a dinner on Good Friday.  This will be a place you can invite family and friends to celebrate Easter in a casual dinner setting.  The sanctuary will be set up for dining like we did at Christmas, however, there will not be table hosting/decorating.

This is a potluck event.  Sign up in the foyer to bring a dish and to let us know how many people will be in your party.  Please bring enough for your party and a few more. You can also call the church office (Mon-Thur 9am-3pm): 936-856-2455 or email us: graceicwillis@gmail.com.

An Entree: Pot Roast, Pasta or a chicken dish

Theme: The supremacy and sufficiency of Christ
We live in a time of diluting of the truth for the sake of unity or uniformity.  Jesus Christ’s Lordship is in question.  Many believe that one religion is as good as another.  His Preeminence is denied by those who place a “Christian Stamp” on beliefs that advance self-fulfillment and freedom without surrender to Christ.

“Jesus is Lord” was the early Church’s first confession.  It remains the abiding text of authentic Christianity.  In Jesus Sovereignty lies His Sufficiency.  He will be Lord of everything or not Lord at all!
